ZafiraLogix is a boutique supply chain consultancy focused on Kinaxis RapidResponse, now known as Kinaxis Maestro.

We operate with a clear objective: deliver structured, high-quality execution without the fragmentation typically associated with large consulting teams. Our model is intentionally simple. Each engagement is handled by a dedicated two-consultant team, ensuring full ownership from design to delivery and separating tasks between highly skilled professionals to achieve efficient and effective ways of working.

Our work is supported by our Lead Consultants, certified Kinaxis RapidResponse professionals with hands-on experience across implementation, customization, and post go-live support. Their experience is not limited to consulting work, as they have extensive knowledge over supply chain processes after working in various planning roles over the years.

To ensure constant and clear alignment, our Project Leads supervise and manage deliverables, keeping track of client needs and offering on-site presence when needed. Being able to train and coach site staff as required, their role focused in communication allows their partners to focus on remotely working with the system without interruptions or misunderstandings.

We bring practical experience from real-world planning environments, including collaboration with global consulting firms and complex supply chain operations. Our focus is not theoretical design, but execution, delivering solutions that function in live business contexts.
